B.J.Penn rematch at UFC 94. Joining them in the studio are
fighters Jay Hieron, “Tank” Abbott & Steve Cantwell.

Ron Cruc talks and as usual its very interesting. Ths time he is concentrated on the recent Asian events that where released in Korean and Japanese, and even Swedish in some case, but not in English.
These interviews are well made and the quality is good!

Ryan was outside the Jamie Varner WEC after party talking to me when some fans on the street noticed him and took over the interview. One guy even asked Ryan to punch him in the face, so he did. Bader said that Jamie Varner broke his hand and his foot in the fight. Ryan also said that he spent Friday in LA doing thepreparation for his character in the UFC video game. He got a chance to play and he, being BJ Penn, submitted GSP in the second round, you never know.

training at Arizona Combat Sports for his upcoming
fight with Anderson Silva and will head back to Brazil
in early February to continue it. He feels that getting
to fight against Silva is the opportunity of a lifetime.
